My travel to Ukraine from May 4th to 9th 2010 by Pascale Vayer The purpose of this trip was the participation of kleine herzen at the opening ceremony of our newly built family home/orphanage in Kiev. The ceremony was a great success. Caritas-Spes and kleine herzen had the honour and pleasure to welcome our major sponsors, OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), H. Stepic CEE Charity, Raiffeisen Bank AVAL and Coca Cola Hellenic Ukraine. This big success is the result of the close partnership between kleine herzen and Caritas-Spes Ukraine which have both the same mission: to help children in need. Report about the opening ceremony> I was hosted during my stay in the family home in Kiev where I could enjoy playing with the children. I was also able to visit our children in our family homes located near Kiev: house Jean-Paul II in Tchernihiv, House Mary and House Josef Holzman in Shitomir. Our families are doing well and are awaiting the summer with impatience. The House of Tchernihiv just welcomed two new little girls of 7 and 9 years old; Ania and Lera are sisters.
