Children help children

„Children help children” is a joint project cooperated by ERVIK, European-Russian Association for International Cooperation, and kleine herzen with the goal to support orphans from Russia and the Ukraine.

Not all Russian and Ukraine citizens make a profit out of the economical development of their country. The numerous abandoned children are the most to suffer. Most of the state orphanages are completely overcrowded. This is why ERVIK and kleine herzen have decided to start the joint project “children help children” with the goal to support orphans from Russia and the Ukraine.

The Project

We want to sensitize our society for the problems orphans have to deal with on a daily basis and therefore would like to win new project sponsors for children, who were left alone, in Russia and the Ukraine. Each and every child needs love, education, family and hope for a future. Only children who are being loved and looked after can develop their talents and passion.

Within the scope of “children help children” we will organize a number of charity activities. These activities will include concerts given by talented kids and young adults whose sole intention will be to support the orphans in Russia. All its income will be used for projects from kleine herzen.

At the same time a CD including a booklet will be produced. The recording of this tape will be organized within the scope project of ERVIK “young music award winners" concerts. This CD including the booklet will be on sale for Christmas 2010 and all of its income will be sponsored to children who were left behind in Russia and the Ukraine.

The project „children help childrenis supported by Mr. Jonathan Darlington Music Director of the Opera house in Vancouver and General Music Director as well Chief Conductor of the Duisburg Philharmonics. Numerous celebrities and artists like Dominique Meyer, General Director of the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris and designated Director of the State Opera House in Vienna are part of the members who support kleine herzen.
