Chairperson: Pascale Vayer
French citizen, married to an Austrian, mother of three adopted children. After working for 20 years in the IT Industry, Pascale decided to dedicate herself to helping children from economically disadvantaged countries. From April 2003 to January 2007, she worked with the non-profit association family for you and was responsible for international adoption of orphaned children from Russia. In December 2006, Pascale together with dedicated friends, founded her own non-profit association kleine herzen – (little hearts).

Vice-Chairperson: Anna Galkina
Russian citizen, married, mother of three children. From her own experience Anna knows that in Russia today, abandoned children need support. Hopefully in the future, Russia will be able to care of their children. But we can not wait, children need help now. The wish of Anna to support children, who do not have parental love and care, motivates her to work actively in the association.

Accountant: Stephan Kerstof
Advisor on taxation matters and financing of projects. In October 2006 he became a father of an adopted little boy from Russia. His personal experience with Russia urged him to take an active role in the organization.
